What You Will Do
As an Associate, you will take an active role in client projects across a variety of stimulating missions – including Mergers & Acquisitions (buy- and sell-side), company and asset evaluation, corporate strategy, market access – and contribute to the internal development of the company.
Your tasks will include:
- Leading specific workstreams within projects, particularly in transaction-related contexts (e.g. commercial due diligence, asset assessment, company evaluation), and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of associated analyses and deliverables.
- Gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data on a company’s competitive positioning and the technological, scientific, and economic trends in its market through:
- Literature reviews – scientific and economic journals;
- Database analysis;
- Interviews with experts – and Key Opinion Leaders – in the scientific or economic fields within the pharmaceutical industry
- Conducting market assessments (segmentation, sizing, and dynamics), supporting valuation analyses, and evaluating growth opportunities, particularly in the context of investment decisions and transaction processes.
- Structuring and performing analyses to address key strategic and diligence questions using an evidence-based approach.
- Translating complex analyses into clear, structured, and insightful recommendations, and contributing to the overall storyline of client deliverables.
- Preparing and actively participating in client presentations, with exposure to direct client interactions.
- Supporting and guiding junior team members in their analyses and deliverables.
- Contributing to the internal development of the firm:
- Being proactive and contributing to the internal growth of the firm.
- Developing internal tools.
- Continuously improving the quality of deliverables.

Your profile
- You are a graduate of an engineering school specializing in chemistry/biology, or a general engineering or business school, and have 2–3 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have experience working on transaction-related or strategic projects (e.g. commercial due diligence, company or asset assessment, corporate strategy, or market access).
- You have demonstrated experience in structuring analyses, working with data, and delivering high-quality outputs in a demanding environment.
- You are passionate about Life Sciences and have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its key dynamics.
- You are comfortable communicating complex ideas, data, and scientific concepts – both in writing and speaking.
- You are able to structure problems, challenge assumptions, and synthesize insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
- You are comfortable leveraging advanced AI tools such as LLM, to support your work and improve the quality of deliverables.
- You know how to work collaboratively in a team while taking ownership of your workstreams with a high level of autonomy.
- You have excellent time management skills and can prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
