What You Will Do
Larka’s Junior Consultants are presented with unlimited learning opportunities, working on a variety of topics and exchanging with BioPharma industry’s brightest experts and key opinion leaders on a daily basis.
As a Junior Consultant, you will contribute to both internal and customer projects in many ways, including:
- Research: perform critical primary and secondary research to generate client recommendations on competitors, customers and markets – e.g. interview scientific experts and key opinion leaders or review business & scientific literature.
- Analysis: conduct quantitative analysis, compute and process database, produce sophisticated excel models and interpret complex data with robust qualitative rationales.
- Convert: translate the technical, scientific or financial data and concepts collected during primary and secondary research to adequately deliver in a proper format value-creating advices into final client report.
- Solve: contribute to the overall case-solving process by relying on the team’s scientific and business findings, to ultimately address customer’s issues and provide relevant answers.
- Deliver: partake in the production of customer deliverables by producing key elements of the final client report through the most relevant format and design.
- Create: be a creative force and play an active role in Larka’s internal business development, operations and deliverables quality optimization, new AI-driven platforms’ construction or talent recruitment.

Your Technical & Behavioural Skills
We are looking for exceptional talent to join us. You would typically have:
- Advanced graduate degree (Master’s degree, MBA, PhD)
- Passion for life sciences and a good understanding of the Biotech & Pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas, scientific concepts and data, both verbally and in writing.
- A strong consulting skillset: creative and hypothesis-led troubleshooting, strategic thinking and excellent numerical skills.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with good listening and quick learning skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fluency in English – both in writing and speaking
- Excellent level in Excel and/or PowerPoint
